When the weather is fine, we open our terrace surrounded by authentic walls from1497 and in the shade of the pergola.

This 15th century oil millhas been restored, it is located in the town ofAuribeau-sur-Siagne, a beautiful hilltop village inthe Alpes-Maritimes. This oil mill was abandoned for years, then it was rebuilt today respecting the architecture of yesteryear, Le Moulin du Sault now represents a tourist and cultural place, emblematic of Auribeau-sur- Siagne.
